1. General Refund Policy

Overview of our refund terms.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription services provided by M/s. Hyperleap Software Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") to You ("User", "Customer", "You", "Your").

This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use and Payment Terms.

Generally, we do not provide refunds for subscription services except as explicitly outlined in this policy or as required by applicable law.

2. No Refund Policy

Standard non-refundable items.

Standard Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except as specifically provided in this policy.

This no-refund policy applies to:

  • ×Monthly subscription fees
  • ×Annual subscription fees
  • ×One-time setup fees
  • ×Additional feature purchases
  • ×Usage-based charges
  • ×Plan upgrade charges

Service Until End of Billing Period: When You cancel, You keep access to paid features until the end of Your current billing period.

3. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy

When refunds may be provided.

We provide pro-rated refunds where required by applicable consumer protection laws:

  • European Union consumer rights directives
  • Australian Consumer Law
  • Canadian Consumer Protection Acts
  • US state consumer protection laws
  • Indian Consumer Protection Act

Service Failure

We may provide refunds at our discretion if:

  • Service unavailable for 48+ consecutive hours due to our technical issues
  • Unable to deliver core functionality as described
  • Material breach of service commitments

Other Exceptions

  • Billing Errors: We will correct and refund any overcharge
  • Fraudulent Charges: Refunds upon verification of unauthorized charges

4. Pro-Rated Refunds

How refunds are calculated.

Pro-rated refunds are only provided where legally required. Calculation method:

(Total paid ÷ Total days) × Remaining days = Refund amount

  • Minimum refund: $5 USD or equivalent (refunds below this are not processed)
  • Processing time: 10-15 business days after approval
  • Refund method: Original payment method used

5. Annual Plans & Downgrades

Annual Plans

  • • Non-refundable except where required by law
  • • Converting to monthly reverses annual discount
  • • Additional charges may apply for used months

Plan Downgrades

  • • No refund for current billing period
  • • Keep access until period ends
  • • New pricing on next billing cycle

6. Free Plan & Third-Party Purchases

Free Plan

  • No refunds applicable (no payment collected)
  • Promotional pricing follows standard refund policy
  • Trial-to-paid: standard policies apply from first paid cycle

Third-Party Purchases

  • App Store purchases: Request refunds directly from platform
  • Merchant of Record: Their refund policies may also apply
  • We cannot override third-party platform decisions

7. Refund Request Process

How to request a refund.

Submit refund requests in writing to billing@hyperleap.ai with:

  • Account email address
  • Subscription details (plan type, billing cycle)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Documentation supporting legal refund rights (if applicable)

We respond within 5-7 business days

8. Refund Processing

How refunds are processed.

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days:

3-10 business days

Bank Transfer

5-15 business days

Digital Wallet

1-5 business days

Processing fees may be deducted. Currency conversion fees are Your responsibility.

9. Account Termination & Disputes

Account Termination

  • Voluntary: No refund for current billing period
  • For Cause: No refund if terminated for violations
  • Service Discontinuation: Pro-rated refunds or migration options may be offered

Dispute Resolution

Important: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination. Please contact support first.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

  • We may modify this policy with 30 days' prior notice
  • Changes don't affect refund rights for charges made before the effective date
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified policy
